Tsokto-Khangil (Buryat: Sogto Khangil) is a village in Aginsky District of Zabaykalsky Krai, Russia. It is the administrative center and the only населенный пункт of the rural settlement "Tsokto-Khangil".

Until 1930, the residents of Tsokto-Khangil lived in individual private households and were mainly engaged in livestock breeding. However, representatives of Soviet and Party officials arrived from Buryatia—Dashiin Tsydenei Ardin from BURGIZ and others—to conduct outreach among the population about the need to organize collective associations, and in June 1930 it was decided to establish the first TOZ (Partnership for Joint Cultivation of Land) with its center in the locality of "Tasarkhai", which was given the name "8 March". The TOZ included 15 families: Tsybenov Dylyk–Zhamso, Dashiev Bato, Zhadambaev Ochir, Dambaev Tsyngai, Ayushiev Gynin, Tsydenov Sodnom, Tsydenov Dorzhi, Ayushiev Tsyren, Shambaev Zhigmit, Tsydypov (Kharalduu) Sodbo, Tsydenov Galdan, Damdintsyrenov Naran, Boroev Zhargal, Tugutov Tsympil, Naidanov Namsarai. Borboev Sodnom–Zhamso was elected chairman.

In 1931, the TOZ "Buinov" was formed, which two years later merged with the TOZ named after 8 March into the TOZ "Khilinsky Livestock Breeder", and then into the agricultural artel named after Dampilona. In the same year, the kolkhoz named after S. M. Kirov was formed from the TOZs "Ulaan khudelmerilshen", "Ulaan malshan", and "Khubiskhalai khusen". The Dampilona artel also followed the path of consolidation: it merged with the Dorzhiev artel into the kolkhoz named after I. V. Stalin, to which the farm named after S. M. Kirov joined in 1953. From 1953 to 1961, the chairmen of the kolkhoz were Raldin Bazarzhab and Zhamsaranov Batobolot.

In May 1962, the kolkhoz named after Stalin was renamed the kolkhoz named after the 22nd Party Congress, and Tsyrenov Badma Tsyrenovich was elected chairman. Together with him, to strengthen the specialist staff, the following came to work: chief economist Dashidondok Gomboev, chief mechanical engineer Dambarincinov Tsymzhit, and chief construction engineer Chimitov Tsyrendorzhi. Badma Tsyrenov launched an energetic campaign to build housing for kolkhoz members, cultural and community facilities, and sheepfolds for livestock. He held this position until October 1964, after which he was elected First Secretary of the Aginsky District Party Committee. After Badma Tsyrenov left office, the reins of the kolkhoz named after the 22nd Party Congress were taken over by Dondokov Dambi-Zhalsan Dondokovich. He served as chairman for 20 years.
