After its final defeat near Kakhovka in Tavria in November 1920, General Pyotr Nikolayevich Wrangel’s army overprinted the Ukrainian provisional issues with the inscription “Russian Post” in denominations of 10,000 and 20,000 rubles and used them in the internment camps in Turkey until May 30, 1921.
