Priamur Zemstvo Krai was a state entity of the White movement, established on July 23, 1922, as a result of General Dietrichs coming to power and the renaming of the Priamur state entity. At the end of October 1922, the Soviet Far Eastern Republic restored control over the entire territory of Primorye. Priamur Zemstvo Krai, and the entire White movement in the country, ceased to exist. The administration of Priamur Zemstvo Krai issued four releases of postage stamps: inscriptions in a frame on Far Eastern Republic stamps: "Priam. Zemskij Kraj" β the first issue;
