In November 1920, in Vladivostok, stamps for the Primorsky Region were issued with a lithographic overprint in black ink of the abbreviation "DVR" on stamps of the Russian Empire 17th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd issues, on Russian savings stamps, and on stamps of the Omsk government. On some stamps, in addition to the abbreviation, a new value figure was overprinted between two letters "k".
