Priamur Zemstvo Krai: an overprint on an overprint—Far Eastern Republic overprint on an Omsk Government overprint (Vladivostok) on a 1917 standard stamp of the Russian Empire.
On July 23, 1922, General M. K. Diterikhs became the Ruler of the Priamur state entity and renamed the Priamur state entity to the Priamur Zemstvo Krai (PZK). Until its fall on October 25, 1922, the PZK administration issued four stamp issues.
2nd issue — a lithographic overprint in dark blue ink, consisting of a framed abbreviation “P. Z. K.” and three horizontal lines (over the letters “FER”) on FER stamps.
