The Vyatka Ladies' Circle for the Assistance of Wounded and Sick Soldiers, Lower Ranks of the Active Army, and Families of Drafted Natives of the Vyatka Governorate.
It was established on April 8, 1904, by a general meeting of founding members. The Circle was engaged in collecting donations and allocating funds to provide assistance to the families of soldiers called up to the Far East, to the sick and wounded in military field hospitals, and to supply lower ranks with items of soldier's everyday use.
The activities of the Circle were closed on the basis of a decision by the general meeting of founding members on December 14, 1906, due to the end of the war with Japan. The remaining funds were transferred to the Vyatka Local Administration of the Russian Red Cross Society.
In favor of the families of warriors from the Vyatka Governorate who were called to the Far East, as well as the sick and wounded in field hospitals 1 Kopek.
