“Weavers.” A fantasy issue of the so-called Turkestan Post. The stamps appeared on the philatelic market in 1924. The catalogue of Baron Scharfenberg’s collection states that these stamps were produced in Italy, but Captain Shramchenko believed that their place of production was Paris.
