The stamps were produced by order of the Tuvan People's Republic in the Soviet Union at the Moscow printing factory "Goznak". The originals of the entire series were created by the artist V. Zavyalov. Folk motifs were used for the ornaments. The 1 kopek denomination stamp depicts a badger.
