Third issue. The "Tuvan Girl" stamp from the "Ethnographic Scenes" series was issued in September 1927. Artist: Olga Fyodorovna Amosova-Bunak.
The stamps were produced by order of the Tuvan People's Republic in the Soviet Union at the Moscow printing factory "Goznak".
All stamps were printed by lithography in three colors on thick white paper with an original watermark.

In the Goznak archives, all 14 designs for the third issue have been preserved, mounted on mat board and approved by the TPR plenipotentiary representative in the USSR, Oyun Tanchay (Dandzhay), in July 1927.
