The "TB Three-Day Campaign" (Tubtrekhnevnik) was a mass public awareness and charity campaign held in the Soviet Union in the 1920s to combat tuberculosis — one of the deadliest diseases of that era. The name comes from the words "tuberculosis" and "three days." During these three days, lectures on disease prevention, concerts, children's processions with posters, and active fundraising events were organized across the country. The goal was to draw public attention to the problem, educate people about transmission routes, and raise funds for the construction of dispensaries, sanatoriums, and the purchase of medical equipment. The white daisy became one of the symbols of the TB Three-Day Campaign. These campaigns played an important role in reducing the incidence of tuberculosis and became one of the first examples of systematic state-led efforts to combat an epidemic in Russia.
