Postal-charity stamps
In 1932, in Kyzyl, a postal-charity issue was produced in support of the Society for Assistance in the Defense of the Country (Tuv. Organ Kamgalaarynga Tuzalaap Evilel). On the revenue stamps, overprints of the abbreviation "OKTE" and new denominations were applied with hand-carved wooden stamps in black ink. The stamps were affixed to envelopes and other mailings in addition to the postage rates and were cancelled together with the stamps of the fifth issue using postal datestamps. The stamps were used from November 1932 to April 1933.
