In 1913, the zemstvo postal service of Konstantinograd Uyezd (Poltava Governorate) was opened. Mail was sent from the uyezd administrative center, the town of Konstantinograd (now Krasnohrad), to 16 localities within the uyezd. To pay for the delivery of private correspondence, zemstvo postage stamps in denominations of 1, 2, 3, 6, 10, and 30 kopeks were used. They were printed at a private printing house and at EZGB. All stamps bore an image of the uyezd coat of arms. The stamps were cancelled with a round date postmark. Print run: 2,096 copies.
